The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Universal Studios and shopping areas. The room, though a bit small for four people, was outdated with a tiny shower. The service was excellent allowing early check-in with a great city view. Dining was okay for a short stay but lacked variety for longer stays. The price was great for the convenient location.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the upside, the rooms were clean and very spacious, with a convenient bathroom layout. However, the size of the rooms was a bit smaller than expected for an IHG property. The service was excellent, especially with staff going out of their way to assist with printing Universal tickets. The location was good despite some traffic noise, being super close to Universal Studios. The dining experience was surprisingly nice with a good selection of breakfast items, although the hotel was a bit pricier compared to others in the area.
